- Requires 2 personal photos with a blue background
- Requires a copy of Valid Passport during the stay in Bahrain
- Requires a copy of sealed residence permit issued by the General Directorate of Nationality, Passports and Residence that is available in the passport
- Requires a copy of new passport (if applicable)
